How it all came to be…
Exclusive vintage property with three fully furnished villas, attached balconies with mountain view, beautiful private garden, surrounded by a misty green valley in the midst of a forest. Home cooked meals may be prepared to order. Self cooking is also allowed for a minimal charge. If you wish to enjoy a barbecue and tent for the kids, it can be arranged upon request.
The space
We have three independent villas. We provide options of three bedrooms, two bedrooms and one bedroom villa with attached toilet with bed rooms, living area, kitchen, dining, balcony, garden and with private parking. We can accommodate maximum of 10 persons in 3 bedroom villa and 6 persons in 2 bedroom villa, and 4 persons in 1 bedroom villa. This is a beautiful property in the lap of nature and 18 km distance from Nainital.
Getting inside
No stairs or steps to enter : There are no kerbs, steps, or stairs to get to the entrance, and the way through the entrance is flat. If it’s a multi-storey building, both the front door and unit entrance have no kerbs, steps, or stairs. Well-lit path to entrance : The pavement or pathway to the guest entrance has lighting that makes nighttime navigation easier. Step-free path to entrance : The exterior path – such as a driveway or pavement – to the guest entrance is at least 32 inches (81 centimeters) wide and flat, with little or no slope. Wide entrance for guests :The entrance or doorway guests will use to enter is at least 32 inches (81cm) wide.
